SPAIN, Madrid: Jonathan Torres, grandson of Vicente Torres, leaves the apartment building of his grandfather in Madrid on April 18, 2012. Vicente Torres, 73, who is severy ill and underwent a recent heart surgery, faces an eviction from his house. Eviction procedures in Spanish courts for unpaid mortgages and rent hit a record of 58,241 in 2011, a 21.2 percent rise over the previous year.
